Fireproof Cement Foamed Insulation Board Equipment

The cement foamed insulation board equipment(production line) is the latest set of equipment developed by our company based on the market demand. The process of the production line consists of mixing system, circulatory grouting system, demoulding system, cutting system, packing system, storage system and waste crushing & recycling system. The automatic control production process is used for the full set of the production line with output of 150-200m³per shift by the required 6-8 workers, which greatly reduced the production cost.

Mixing system
Spiral feeding system is used with accurate automatic matching and measuring, which can realize the automatic measuring of the cement, coal ash and water. Other raw materials are added manually by secondary matching and secondary measuring to reduce the dust pollution.
Circulatory grouting system
Hydraulic propulsion circulation is adopted to make the grouted products running stably in the circulation without impact on the foaming effect. Hydraulic propulsion is used as power to reduce fault rate of the equipment and damage rate of the finished products.
Cutting system
Streamline operation is adopted for the whole line without need to transport the briquette. Guide on line of briquette positioning-horizontal two sides  cutting-four saws vertical cutting-automatic 90°overturning-cutting into finished panel-finished panel packed by laminator.

The cement foamed insulation board is a kind of inorganic and high-performance thermal insulation board with lightweight and multi holes. It is made of various inorganic cementing material, modifying agent, foaming agent and other additives processed through mixing system, curing system, cutting system and other equipments with the advantages of low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance, high temperature resistance, high temperature resistance, ageing resistance and A1 class incombustibility and can be widely used in external building wall thermal insulation system.

Construction structure of cement foamed insulation board



Application
The board can be used for external thermal insulation project in different climate zone with different building saving standards, fire protection class, basic walls, external walls of new and old building.
A. Clear the basic wall, snap the control line, measure the right angle squareness and hang vertical line
B. Smear adhesive mortar to adhere the thermal insulation by using spot frame method
C. Adhere the inorganic foam thermal insulation board with are not less than 60%; lay out the board with staggered joints. Keep proper blank at the bottom of quadra. The adhesive is not applied at the joint.
D. Smear polymer anti-cracking mortar on the surface of insulation board for the first time.
E. Install the mechanical anchoring piece.
F. Pave the alkali-resisting glass fiber mesh and smear the anti-cracking mortar for the second time until the mesh is safely covered. The thickness of the anti-cracking mortar shall not exceed 3-5mm.
G. Adhere external wall based on design requirement (painting and face brick)
